Paul Baker

Director

Paul is Certified Public Accountant and has over 15 years experience within the industry. Paul formed PJB in 2002 and now oversees the practice and client engagement affairs in addition to offering business and commercial advice to a variety of clients. Paul also has vast experience of dealing with HMRC and VAT inquiries, Paul is also a Certified Bookkeeper and has a Diploma in Payroll Management.

Peter Judd

Director

Peter is a Director of PJB and is responsible for offering commercial and business advice to our clients. Peter has in excess of 30 years experience of running successful companies and has worked with both small start up business' and larger organisations to assist in restructuring and increasing profitability and growth. Peter has a diplomia in Business Studies and has represented the private sector on Bromsgrove Council, in addition to sitting on many collaborative boards to assist in promoting local business.

Marie Drew

Senior Accountant

Marie is a fully qualified chartered accountant (CIMA) that has recently joined the team following 18 year industry experience as a management accountant. Marie is available to advise on Limited Liability Company and Partnership accounting services to include, company formations, year end accounts, corporation tax returns, tax planning advice, client consultations and capital gains tax.

Melissa Mitchell

 

Melissa is currently completing the Technician stage of AAT and is on target to be a full member by summer 2009, upon completion of her AAT studies Melissa intends to study towards Chartered status. Melissa is responsible for Payroll, completion of VAT returns and the preparation of Sole Trader accounts, in addition to having excellent knowledge of Sage Payroll and Accounting software.
